1. This order may be cited as the

Finance Act 2005

(Chapter 3 of Part 2 Commencement Order 2006.

2 The 1st day of June 2006 is appointed as the day on which Chapter 3 of Part 2 of the

Finance Act 2005

(No.5 of 2005) comes into operation.

. This Chapter consolidates and modernises the excise law on tobacco products.
