1. This Order may be cited as the
Teaching Council Act 2001
(Commencement) Order 2006.

2. The 28
th
day of March 2006 is appointed as the day on which so much of the
Teaching Council Act 2001
(No. 8 of 2001) as is not in operation comes into operation, except-
(a) paragraphs (f), (g) and (i) of section 7(2),
(b) sections 30, 39 and 60, and
(c) Part 5.
