2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources conferred on him by the

Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006

(No. 8 of 2006), other than sections 16, 40, 47, 48, 52, 74 and 98, are delegated to John Browne, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
