1. This Order may be cited as Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government) Order 2006.
2. Mr. Stephen Kearon, of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government with effect from 1 February 2006.

The effect of this Order is to appoint Mr Stephen Kearon as Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Mr Dick Roche, TD, for a period which is related to the term of office of the Minister.
