1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Decommissioning Act 1997
(Decommissioning) (Amendment Regulations 2005.

The Decommissioning Act 1997
(Decommissioning Regulations 1998 to 2004 and these Regulations may be cited together as the
Decommissioning Act 1997
(Decommissioning) Regulations 1998 to 2005.
3. Regulation 2 of the 1998 Regulations, as amended by the 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Regulations, is further amended by substituting “25th day of February 2006” for “25th day of February 2005”.

), make the following Regulations
