1. This Order may be cited as the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (Establishment Day) Order 2005.

2. The 12th day of December 2005 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part 3 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 (No. 20 of 2005).
