1. This Order may be cited as the Health Act, 2004 (Commencement) Order 2005.
2. Sections 42 and 79 of the
Health Act 2004
(No. 42 of 2004) are hereby commenced.

This Order brings sections 42 and 79 of the
Health Act 2004
into operation. Section 42 provides for the making of regulations which provide for the establishment of Regional Health Forums. Section 79 provides for the making of regulations specifying the manner in which the Health Service Executive conducts its dealings with members of the Houses of the Oireachtas.
