1. This Order may be cited as the

Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000

(Section 5) (Specific Period) Order 2005.

2. The period of 8 years from the establishment day is hereby specified for the purposes of section 5(5)(b) of the

Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000

(No. 7 of 2000).

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5(5)(b) of the

Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000

(No. 7 of 2000) and after consultation with the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse, hereby order as follows
