S.I. No. 772/2005 - European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 12 December 2005.

2. The European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) Regulations 2003 (

S.I. No 52 of 2003

) are amended in Regulation 5(4), by substituting “€35.60” for “€34”.
