1. This Order may be cited as the

Valuation Act 2001

(Global Valuation) (NTL) Order 2005.

2. The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties to which section 53(1) of the

Valuation Act 2001

(No. 13 of 2001) relates that are occupied by the public utility undertaking which trades as NTL.

3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 1 March 2005 and shall be entered into the central valuation list by 1 December 2006 .

I, Brian Cowen TD, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 53(1) of the

Valuation Act 2001

)), after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources hereby order as follows
