1. This Order may be cited as the

Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005

(Commencement)(No. 2) Order 2005.

2. In this Order, “Act” means the

Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005

(No.12 of 2005).

day of December, 2005 is appointed as the day on which sections 57 58, 61 and 71 of the Act come into operation.
