1. This Order may be cited as the

Road Transport Act 1999

(Repeals) (Commencement Order 2005.

2. The day fixed as the day on which the repeal of a provision of an Act mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule to this Order opposite mention of the Act in column (2) of the Schedule, being a provision repealed by

section 23

of the

Road Transport Act 1999

(No. 15 of 1999), comes into operation is 31 October 2005.
