1. This Order may be cited as the

Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005

(Section 8) (Commencement Order 2005.

2. The day of September 2005 is appointed as the day on which

section 8

of the

Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005

shall come into operation.
