S.I. No. 626/2005 - National Salmon Commission (Prescribed Bodies and Organisations) Order 2005

1. This Order may be cited as the National Salmon Commission (Prescribed Bodies and Organisations) Order 2005.

2. The bodies and organisations specified in the Schedule to this Order are prescribed for the purposes of section 55A (2) (b) (inserted by section 22(1) of the

Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1999

(No. 35 of 1999)) of the

Fisheries Act 1980

(No. 1 of 1980).

3. Article 3 of and the Schedule to the National Salmon Commission (Establishment Order 2000 (

S.I. No. 80 of 2000

) are revoked.
