1. This Order may be cited as the

Road Transport Act, 1999

(Commencement) Order 2005.

2. The day fixed as the day on which sections 4 to 8 and

section 11

of the

Road Transport Act, 1999

(No. 15 of 1999), shall come into operation is 30 September 2005.
