S.I. No. 602/2005 - Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conservation) (Revocation) (No. 2) Regulations 2005

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conservation) (Revocation (No. 2) Regulations 2005.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation at midnight on 24 September 2005.

3. The Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conservation) Regulations 2005 (

S.I. No. 262 of 2005

) is hereby revoked.

The effect of these Regulations is to permit the fishing for landing, transhipment, or having on board of mackerel by Irish polyvalent vessels, duly licensed, with effect from midnight on 24 September 2005.
