S.I. No. 562/2005 - Horse Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conservation) (Revocation) Regulations 2005

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Horse Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conservation) (Revocation Regulations 2005.

2. These Regulations come into operation on 17 September 2005.

3. The Horse Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conser-vation Regulations 2005 (S.I. 98 of 2005) and the Horse Mackerel (Fisheries Management and Conservation) (No. 3 Regulations 2005 (

S.I. No. 118 of 2005

) are hereby revoked.

The effect of these Regulations is to permit the fishing for landing, transhipment, or having on board of horse mackerel by Irish sea-fishing boats, duly licensed, with effect from midnight on 17 September 2005.
