1. This Order may be cited as the
Taxes Consolidation Act 1997
(Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Banagher, County Offaly) Order 2004 (Amendment) Order 2005.
2. The
Taxes Consolidation Act 1997
(Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Banagher County Offaly) Order 2004 (

) is amended by substituting for Schedule 2 to that Order the following

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation).
This Order provides for the correction of a drafting error in Schedule 2 of Statutory Instrument 341 of 2004 (entitled: Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Banagher, County Offaly) Order 2004). That order provided for the designation of certain areas in Banagher, County Offaly as qualifying areas for the purposes of the Town Renewal Scheme. The error relates to site reference number 10. The drafting error is being corrected by way of the substitution of Schedule 2 in its entirety by a corrected schedule.

Taxes Consolidation Act 1997
(No. 39 of 1997), the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government having made a recommendation to me pursuant to that section, hereby order as follows
