EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation).

This Order provides for the correction of 2 drafting errors in Part 1 of Schedule 2 in Statutory Instrument 603 of 2004 (entitled Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Urban Renewal Areas) (Tallaght, Dublin) Order 2004). That order provided for the designation of certain areas in Tallaght, Dublin as qualifying areas for the purposes of the Urban Renewal Scheme. The errors relate to site reference number 11 and site reference number 21. The drafting errors are being corrected by way of the substitution of Schedule 2 in its entirety by a corrected schedule.

Taxes Consolidation Act 1997

(No. 39 of 1997), the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government having made a recommendation to me pursuant to that section, hereby order as follows
