1. This Order may be cited as the

(Prescription of Classes of Records) (Amendment) Order 2005.

2. The Second Schedule to the

National Archives Act 1986

(Prescription of Classes of Records) Order 1997 (

S.I. No. 281 of 1997

) is amended by adding after mention of the matter contained in columns (1) and (2) the following

All records concerning criminal investigations or the prosecution of criminal offences.
