1. These regulations may be cited as the

Health Insurance Act, 1994

(Registration (Amendment) Regulations, 2005.

The Health Insurance Act, 1994

(Registration) Regulations, 1996 (

S.I. No. 80 of 1996

are hereby amended -

in Article 7(i) by the substitution for “ancillary health benefits” of “relevant health services”.

3. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1

day of July, 2005.
