1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) (No. 2) Regulations 2005.
2. Notwithstanding Regulation 5 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) (No. 6) Regulations 2004, those Regulations shall continue in force until 30 June 2005.

Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Amendment) Act 2001

) and transferred by section 4(3)(

) of the
Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003
(No.
28 of 2003)) of the
Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices Act 1938
and section 2(1)(
c
(inserted by
section 3
of the
Oireachtas (Miscellaneous Provisions) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act 1996

) and transferred by section 4(3)(
b
) of the
Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003
