S.I. No. 925/2004 - Ombudsman for Children Act, 2002 (Commencement) Order, 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman for Children Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 25th day of April 2004 is appointed as the day on which the

Ombudsman for Children Act 2002

(No. 22 of 2002) (except insofar as it is already in operation) shall come into operation.

The purpose of this Statutory Instrument is to bring the remaining sections of the

Ombudsman for Children Act 2002

(No. 22 of 2002) into operation on 25 April, 2004.
