1. This Order maybe cited as the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2004.

2. The 21st day of September 2004 is appointed as the day on which

section 7

of the

Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001

(No. 23 of 2001) comes into operation.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Education and Science, 21 September 2004.

Ministers and Secretaries Act 1924

to authenticate the seal of the Minister for Education and Science.
