1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004.

2. The European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) Regulations 2003 (

) are amended by substituting for Schedule 2 (inserted by the European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 (
