S.I. No. 863/2004 - Child Care Act, 1991 (Children's Residential Centres) (Superannuation) Order, 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care Act of 1991 (Children's Residential Centres) (Superannuation) Order 2004.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 20th day of December, 2004.

3.

Section 66

of the

Child Care Act, 1991

shall apply with effect from the 20th day of December, 2004, to the children's residential centres specified in the Schedule which are children's residential centres approved (or deemed to be approved) for the purposes of

section 36

of the

Child Care Act, 1991

.

The purpose of this Order is to apply the statutory superannuation scheme provided for in

Section 66

of the

Child Care Act, 1991

to the staffs of those children's residential centres indicated in the schedule.
