1. This Order may be cited as

the Valuation Act 2001

(Global Valuation) (Iarnrod Eireann) Order 2004.

2. The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties occupied by Iarnrod Eireann.

3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 1 March 2004 and shall be entered into the central valuation list by 1 December 2005.

I, BRIAN COWEN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 53(1) of

the Valuation Act 2001

)), after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and the Minister for Transport, hereby order as follows
