1. This Order may be cited as
the Valuation Act 2001
(Global Valuation) (Waterways Ireland) Order 2004.
2. The Commission of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties occupied by Waterways Ireland.
3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 1 March 2004 and shall be entered into the central valuation list by 1 December 2005.

the Valuation Act 2001
(No. 13 of 2001), (as adapted by the Environment and Local Government (alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2003 (

)), after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and the Minister for Community Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, hereby order as follows
