1. This Order may be cited as
the Private Security Services Act 2004
(Commencement) Order 2004.
2. The 28th day of October 2004 is fixed as the day on which—
(
a
) Part 1,
(
b
) sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19 and 20, and
(
c
) Schedule 1.
of
the Private Security Services Act 2004
(No. 12 of 2004) shall come into operation.
