1. This Order may be cited as

the Criminal Justice (Temporary Release of Prisoners) Act 2003

(Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 12th day of November 2004 is appointed as the day on which

the Criminal Justice (Temporary Release of Prisoners) Act 2003

(No. 34 of 2003) shall come into operation.
