1. This Order may be cited as

the Criminal Justice (Joint Investigation Teams) Act 2004

(Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 1st day of October 2004 is appointed as the day on which

the Criminal Justice (Joint Investigation Teams) Act 2004

(No. 20 of 2004) shall come into operation.
