1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Foodstuffs of Animal Origin) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2004.
2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Foodstuffs of Animal Origin) Regulations 1999 (
S.I. No. 180 of 1999
) are amended, in Regulation 2(1), by substituting for the definition of “Directive” the following—
