section 167

of the

I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, being satisfied that the property to which subsection (2) of

section 136

of the

Finance Act 2002

(No. 5 of 2002) relates has been transferred by the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited to Clare County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of

section 136

of the

Finance Act 2002

, hereby order as follows
