1. This order may be cited as

the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001

(Line A - Tallaght to Abbey Street Light Railway) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2004.

The Transport (Dublin Light Rail) Act, 1996

(Line A — Tallaght to Abbey Street Light Railway) Order, 1999 is amended in Article 16 by substituting for paragraph (1), as amended by

the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001

(Line A — Tallaght to Abbey Street Light Railway) (Amendment) Order 2004, the following

“(1) Construction of authorised works shall be completed within the period of 7 months beginning on 1 March 2004.”.
