1. This Order may be cited as

2. The National Standards Authority of Ireland is appointed as a specified person to act on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture and Food for the purposes of subsections (1) to (3) of

section 6

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order confers the function of issuing approval in respect of “type equipment” manufactured in Ireland for the purposes of the carriage of perishable foodstuffs on the NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland).
