S.I. No. 454/2004 - Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (Commencement) Order (No. 1) 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (Commencement) Order (No. 1) 2004.

2. I appoint 1st August 2004 as the day on which

sections 28

and

33

of the

Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003

(No. 12 of 2003) come into operation.
