1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) (Revocation) Regulations 2004.

2 The Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) Regulations 2003 (

S.I. No. 481 of 2003

) are revoked.

These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) (Revocation) Regulations 2004.

The effect of these Regulations is to revoke the Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) Regulations 2003.

Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002
