S.I. No. 249/2004 - Roads Act, 1993 (Classification of National Roads) (Fermoy, Rathcormac and Watergrasshill Bypass) Order, 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Roads Act, 1993 (Classification of National Roads) (Fermoy, Rathcormac and Watergrasshill Bypass) Order, 2004.

2. The proposed public road bypassing Fermoy, Rathcormac and Watergrasshill in the country of Cork described in the Schedule to this Order is classified as a national road and shall be a national primary road.

SCHEDULE

Fermoy, Rathcormac and Watergrasshill Bypass.

Between the N8 north of Fermoy (in the vicinity of the townland of Moorepark) and the N8 south of Watergrasshill (in the vicinity of the town land of Mitchellsfort) bypassing Fermoy, Rathcormac and Watergrasshill.

)), after consultation with the National Roads Authority, hereby order as follows
