1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Mechanically Propelled Vehicle Entry into Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.
2. (1) The European Communities (Mechanically Propelled Vehicle Entry into Service) Regulations 2003 (No. 551 of 2003) are amended by substituting the following for Schedules 1 and 2
