1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (Establishment Day) Order 2004.

2. The 13th day of April 2004 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003

(No. 46 of 2003).
