S.I. No. 152/2004 - Planning and Development Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. On 28 April 2004,

section 261

of the

Planning and Development Act 2000

shall come into operation.
