S.I. No. 120/2004 - European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 1989 (

S.I. No. 105 of 1989

) are amended, in Annex II to the Schedule, by deleting the entry relating to paration-methyl.
