S.I. No. 119/2004 - European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

1. (1) These Regulation may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on—

(

a

) 1 April 2004 in relation to 2,4-DB,

(

b

) 4 June 2004 in relation to linuron, pendimethalin, imazamox, oxasulfuron, ethoxysulfuron, foramsulfuron, oxadiargyl and cyazofamid, and

(

c

) 1 December 2004 in relation to acephate and parathion-methyl.

2. The Europen Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereal) Regulations 1999 (

S.I. No. 181 of 1999

) is amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the definition “Directive” the following—
