S.I. No. 712/2003 - Ombudsman For Children Act, 2002 (Section 4) (Commencement) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman for Children Act, 2002 (Section 4) (Commencement) Order, 2004.

2. The day of 18 December, 2003 is appointed as the day on which section 4 of the Ombudsman for Children Act (No. 22 of 2002) comes into operation.

Section 4

(No. 22 of 2002) into operation. Section 4 provides for the appointment of the Ombudsman for Children.
