S.I. No. 70/2003 - Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Supplementary) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Supplementary) (Amendment) Regulations 2003.

2. The Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Supplementary) Regulations 2001 (

S.I. No. 379 of 2001

) (“the 2001 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Supplementary) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 (

S.I. No. 42 of 2002

(“the 2002 Regulations”), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Supplementary) Regulations 2001 to 2003.

3. Regulation 2 of the 2001 Regulations, as amended by the 2002 Regulations, is further amended by the substitution of “26th day of February 2004” for “27th day of February 2003”.
