S.I. No. 687/2003 - Salmon Rod Ordinary Licences (Alteration of Licence Duties) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Salmon Rod Ordinary Licences (Alteration of Licence Duties) Order 2003.

2. This Order shall have effect as respects licences issued or renewed for a period commencing on or after 1 January 2004.

3. The ordinary licence duty in respect of a salmon rod licence of a class specified in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number is altered to the sum specified in column (3) of that schedule at that reference number.

This Order prescribes the licence fees payable in respect of salmon rod ordinary fishing licences including the Foyle Area extension licence issued in respect of a period commencing on or after 1 January 2004.
