S.I. No. 679/2003 - Letterkenny Town Boundary Alteration Order, 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Letterkenny Town Boundary Alteration Order, 2003.

2. This Order shall come into operation on 1 January, 2004.

3. The areas shown as “relevant areas” on the map attached to this Order titled “Letterkenny Town” and date stamped “Local Government Section 27 November, 2003” shall be included in and form part of the town of Letterkenny and the boundary of that town shall accordingly stand altered in accordance with that map.

This Order extends the boundary of Letterkenny Town from 1 January 2004. It should be read together with a separate order, the Letterkenny Town Boundary Alteration (Supplementary) Order, 2003, (

S.I. No. 680 of 2003

) which contains supplementary provisions related to the boundary extension.
