1. This Order may be cited as the Children Act 2001 (Part 11) (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. The 7th day of November 2003 is appointed as the day on which Part 11 of the

Children Act 2001

(No. 24 of 2001) comes into operation.

This Statutory Instrument brings Part 11 of the

Children Act 2001

into operation.

Part 11 of the Act establishes the Special Residential Services Board on a statutory basis.
