S.I. No. 526/2003 - Education and Science (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Science (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2003.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Education and Science conferred on that Minister of the Government by or under-

(a) The Children Acts 1908 to 1989, and

(b) The

Children Act 2001

(No. 24 of 2001)

are delegated to Brian Lenihan, Minister of State at the Department of Education and Science.

3. The Education and Science (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2002 (

S.I. No. 654 of 2002

) is revoked.
