1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authorities) Order 2003.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 10
th
February 2003.
2. The bodies specified in the Schedule to this Order are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in
section 7
(1) of the
National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000
(No. 93 of 2000).
